Effectiveness of the Mentorship Program in 2020-2021

I helped found and organize the UC Davis Sociology Graduate Student Mentorship Program (GSMP). In 2017 we started the mentorship program to build support and allyship among graduate students at different stages of the sociology Ph.D. program. The GSMP helps graduate students find connection, navigate sociology department program requirements, find funding, work on professional development, and balance work and life.
